Request a return
Please follow the steps below to request a return:
1. Log in to your customer account on the ENERGYPARTS-SHOP.COM website.
2. Go to "my orders" and select the relevant order.
3. Scroll down and go to the "return merchandise" section.
4. Enter the reason for your return in the box. If it is a defective product, describe the problem.
5. Select the reason for the return (Deposit, product error or warranty).
6. Choose the mode of reimbursement (Exchange, PayPal or bank transfer).
7. Click on "generate a return". Your return is now awaiting validation. Please monitor your inbox as our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
After receiving our email response, please follow these steps to return the package:
1. Print the return label provided in our email response.
2. Place the complete product in its original packaging.
3. Put the original packaging in protective packaging. Any product damaged during the return transport will not be refunded. Please ensure that your product is well-protected.
4. Add the return label to the package.
5. Go to a post office to return the package to the return address specified on the return label. Customers are now responsible for the cost of return shipping, as we no longer provide prepaid return labels to simplify the process and avoid carrier and parts receiving issues.
To track the status of your return, log in to your customer account and go to "my return merchandise".
